Kanopy Kids offers children’s viewing through Vancouver Island Regional Library (VIRL). Campbell River families can use it at home with an eligible VIRL card and a Kanopy account.
Cost and access
The library provides access without a separate subscription fee. Kanopy Kids is one of VIRL’s PLUS Packs and does not use monthly tickets. Other parts of Kanopy have different viewing limits.
Getting started
Start at VIRL’s Kanopy page and follow its launch link to sign up through the library. VIRL also provides a tutorial and information about watching on a smart TV.
Choose the Kids collection rather than assuming the entire catalogue is intended for children.
